This extremely lazy but intense workshop is part of the Alchemy of Life Program. The confrontation can be powerful; it is about feeling the transition between worlds. The challenge is, after some hesitation and struggle, to let yourself flow into another world. For us it is important therefore to know the participants of this workshop personally. After your registration you will possibly get an email with several questions so that it will be easy for you and me to see if this is something for you at this moment.
Dirk Oellibrandt: My own experience of darkness
My own 4 days and nights vital darkness experience was one if the strongest spiritual experiences I ever had. After the world of external images has disappeared, there is often a period of time where we struggle with thoughts and emotions that after a while we feel as useless. The ego tries to stay strong by stimulating a stream of thoughts and notion of time. But after sleeping, napping and relaxing this will evolve. Then you flow into a more abstract world where we experience things beyond the old thinking and emotional frame. Many get thoughts and feelings they do not know from themselves. Others have meetings with long denied aspects of their being or with other beings (angels, masters...). But than the true prenatal world opens and 'The MIND" shows itself. Deep, real, one... That was my experience. But, before you get to many expectations. Maybe you just really get rest for once and sink into yourself.

What does the program look like?
On February 6th you will enter a complete dark Center in Hamme. You need a sleeping bag and a blanket. We advise you to bring earplugs and a blindfold. You will stay in a room alone. After a short intro you will go to your place where you will stay most of the time. You cannot book a special place in the center. Which place will you be? It is one of the first steps in this meditation to surrender to that.
Barry will come by to see and feel and check once in a while and to give you some tips. Possibly there will be some group meditations in the teaching room (still optional, depending what is needed).
Fasting (if you have experience with it) is possible. A few times a day we will offer light snacks to you. Drinking enough is important.
