New formula:

A new extra dimension in this training is the 5 Elements Chi Kung (not to be confused with Meridian Chi Kung). By adding new components such as activating and integrating the different bodies as well as giving more time to the integration process the program has been expanded by 2 days.

 

The Inner Alchemy & Consciousness Training is a fusion of Eastern and Western alchemy in a simple, practical and extremely efficient form.
This workshop will explore and deepen the elements. This by deepening and new forms of inner alchemy meditation, different breathing methods,directly experiencing the elements by being in nature.

We can know the elements through the brain, but the energy in the direct contact with nature is more direct and much stronger. This 3 day workshop is about the elements of water, fire, earth and sky.

A challenging, intense three days for both beginners and advanced.

Students will be guided directly in experiencing the elements. Closing the gap between your body and nature by direct experience.

How we do this:

  • By combining meditations and initiations (indoor/outdoor experiences).
  • Guided alchemy meditations.
  • Experiencing and making peace with water/cold and fire/heat.
  • Consciously absorbing space, light and darkness.
  • Cleaning body and mind and awaken much deeper layers of energy, vitality and consciousness.

 

This is not a macho or adrenaline experience, but rather a process of surrendering and trust.

For who:

This training is fit for the complete beginner as the experienced mediation-practitioner.
 

Requirements:

The only requirement is being open and longing for inner consciousness.
 

How we do this:

By deepening and new forms of inner alchemy meditation, different breathing methods, directly experiencing the elements by being in nature.

Certification
